Payment Methods

All purchases can be paid by:

• Cash on delivery

With this form of payment, the total amount of the order will be paid when the delivery is made. This form of payment has certain territorial restrictions and implies an increase in the total amount of your order of 5% with a minimum of 3 € + VAT (Service only available for Spain in shipments by the GLS agency, not including islands).

• Deposit/Bank transfer

Warranty

Los clientes de Mataran se benefician de la garantía de 2 años en los artículos.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.

Losses in the functionality of the items, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping methods and delivery times

www.mataran-motocross.com entregará pedidos en España península, el plazo de entrega es de 24/72 horas hábiles a partir de la fecha de recepción del pedido. En otros casos como islas se detallará el tiempo de envío aproximado. Envíos a resto de Europa se detallará el tiempo de envío aproximado.

Los pedidos serán enviados directamente desde www.mataran-motocross.com a través de sus operadores logísticos.

The calculation of shipping costs will be detailed in the final proforma invoice that will be sent to you, once you send your order online.

In the event that there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number that you must call to confirm at what time the merchandise can be delivered. The transport agency will keep your package in its warehouses approximately 5 days before proceeding to return it to our facilities.

Garantía de transporte: Todos nuestros envíos viajan cubiertos por un seguro del 100% del valor de la mercancía. Recuerde que dispone de 24 horas para efectuar la reclamación si su pedido ha sufrido daños originados por el transporte. Returns

Si en el pedido recibido encuentra algún producto defectuoso debe ponerse en contacto a ventas@mataran-motocross.com o llamar al 0034 645244919.

You can return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within 14 days after receiving the order and as long as you keep your packaging in optimal condition. Siempre que la devolución responda a defectos del producto, Mataran asume los gastos de envío ocasionados por la devolución. Usted podrá reponerlo por el mismo artículo.

Si las razones de devolución son ajenas a Mataran, es decir, si la mercancía se encuentra en perfecto estado pero a pesar de ello quiere devolverla, deberá mandar el producto en su embalaje original y en perfecto estado, a la dirección que le detallemos. Los gastos ocasionados de la devolución, NO serán sufragados por www.mataran-motocross.com.
